As a project planning lead with Fraser Health Authority, she leads the monitoring, evaluation, and quality improvement of urgent and primary care programs. Sonal also works part-time as a supervisor of texting services for Kids Help Phone. For this role, she provides quality improvement feedback to volunteer crisis responders to ensure that the texting clients receive the best care. Prior to moving to Canada, Sonal worked as an analyst for evaluation firms based in the US, supporting research and evaluation projects for nonprofits, universities, and other various state and federally-funded programs.
